Our 30-minute focused training follows the same structured approach as our full 60-minute sessions, incorporating intentional movement prep, targeted activation, and a concentrated strength block tailored to your goals. We eliminate wasted time, ensuring you get the most effective workout with an emphasis on proper form and progressive strength development.


Cancellation Policy
ANDALE 150 8-Session Personal Training Package Policy Package Price: $550 Total Sessions: 8 1. Package Validity This package includes eight (8) personal training sessions. Sessions are intended to be used within eight (8) weeks of the first scheduled session unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Unused sessions remain valid for up to one (1) year from the date of purchase. After one year from the purchase date, any unused sessions will be forfeited. 2. Payment Terms Full payment of $550 is required prior to or at the first scheduled session. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Check, or Cash App. Training sessions will not begin until payment has been received. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be counted as a completed session. No-shows will be charged as a used session. Emergency situations may be considered at the trainer’s discretion. 4. Refund Policy This package is non-refundable once training sessions have begun. If a documented medical condition arises that prevents continuation of training, a prorated credit may be considered with physician documentation. 5. Trainer Cancellation If the trainer must cancel a session, it will be rescheduled at no penalty to the client. 6. Medical Clearance Clients with medical conditions, including but not limited to high blood pressure or other physician-managed conditions, may be required to obtain written clearance from a physician prior to participation. 7. Commitment to Progress Results depend on consistency, effort, and lifestyle habits outside of scheduled sessions.
